Shipping

In-Stock items are shipped 1-3 days after payment. Custom Orders are shipped 1-4 weeks after payment. Delivery Confirmation and Priority Shipping are included in shipping cost.

Payment

You may pay for your Serwa Chic order through Google Checkout, which takes all major credit cards. Payment is to be made (or sent) within 24 hours of order.If payment is not received within 24 hours or check is not received within (5) business days, your order will be cancelled and item(s) relisted.

Returns

Due to the nature of the Serwa Chic products, refunds are only possible if your item has not shipped. You are eligible for an 80% refund (20% restocking fee) ONLY if item was an in-stock item and has not been shipped. Every effort is made to find fabric or patterns that match as closely as possible to your specifications in your custom order. Custom orders are non-refundable.
