Shipping

In-Stock items are shipped 1-3 days after payment. Custom Orders are shipped 1-4 weeks after payment. Delivery Confirmation and shipping supply costs are included in shipping cost.

Payment

You may pay for your Serwa Chic order through our Shopping Cart, which takes all major credit cards and Paypal. Payment is to be made (or sent) within 24 hours of order.If payment is not received within 24 hours or check is not received within (5) business days, your order will be canceled and item(s) relisted.

Returns

Due to the nature of the Serwa Chic products, refunds are only possible if your item has not shipped and/or has not been washed or used. You are eligible for an 80% refund (20% restocking fee) ONLY if item was an in-stock item and has not been shipped or has not been washed or used. Custom orders are non-refundable.
